Al Ingresar al Inmueble, Sucre Suites, da en alquiler al HUESPED&nbsp;y este&nbsp;toma en alquiler <em>THE BUILDING<\/em>, que se entrega con todo su moblaje.&nbsp;Tanto <em>THE BUILDING<\/em> like the furniture, they are delivered in a perfect state of conservation, installation and operation. when restoring <em>EL INMUEBLE,&nbsp;EL HUESPED<\/em> deber\u00e1 devolver&nbsp;todo en el mismo estado recibido, siendo responsable por las p\u00e9rdidas o aver\u00edas aun cuando sean consecuencia de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor, por lo tanto quedar\u00e1n comprendidos los hurtos y los robos, dej\u00e1ndose a salvo los deterioros que se produzcan del buen uso y el transcurso del tiempo, caso contrario responder\u00e1 por los da\u00f1os y perjuicios, que involucran reparar lo averiado, reponer lo faltante, m\u00e1s los alquileres perdidos por el lapso insumido en reparaciones.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>CANCELLATION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>La cancelaci\u00f3n de una reserva por parte del hu\u00e9sped, cualquiera fuera su causa, implicar\u00e1 la perdida de esta. Solo se podr\u00e1 cancelar sin cargo 72 horas antes de la fecha de check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>PRICE<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All our rates are expressed in USD ticket (US dollars)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The prices indicated on our page do not include VAT or taxes. When specified, services such as cable TV, Netflix and Wi-Fi access are included. As for the cleaning service, this is per stay and includes only the change of linen -sheets and towels-. En caso de incumplimiento autom\u00e1ticamente, Sucre Suites&nbsp;podr\u00e1 aplicar sanciones econ\u00f3micas&nbsp;con un m\u00ednimo&nbsp;de TRESCIENTOS DOLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES (USD 300) al&nbsp; <em>GUEST. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <em>PROPERTY<\/em> may only be used for housing for tourist purposes for the <em>GUEST<\/em> and their cohabiting group, which must be detailed with the data requested in Annex II. Any sublocations and\/or transmissions, partial or total, transitory or permanent, free or onerous and in general, in any way and the change of residential destination are prohibited. Otherwise, the answer will be <em>GUEST<\/em> with a penalty clause (US$500) <em>AMERICAN DOLLARS<\/em>, (or its equivalent in Argentine pesos that are needed to acquire the dollars) per day, for each violation of this. The regulations applicable to both the lease of temporary apartments and the terms and conditions described therein are: The Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, the Consumer Defense Law 24,240,
